West Wickham Commons Newsletter – June 2020
7th June 2020Bromley Update – June Newsletter
20th June 2020The Council has announced a consultation to establish a temporary extension of the Riverside School at the Hawes Down site.
The three ward councillors support this proposal particularly as the building already contains special facilities for disabled children.
We have asked for details of a School Travel Plan as there have been difficulties caused by parents inconsiderate parking in Hawes Lane and The Mead. We have asked how many are likely to arrive by taxi, minibus or private car.
Please find attached a briefing note and appendices pertaining to a statutory consultation process on the proposal to establish a third site of the Riverside School at the Hawes Down Centre, West Wickham.
Please note that we anticipate the notice will be published in the News Shopper on 3 June. The consultation process will close on 30 June.
If you have any queries or comments please feel free to contact the Director of Education Jared Nehra.
