The application proposes ground, first and second floor extensions
and elevational alterations to provide Class E(g) business use on the upper floors and part of the ground floor.
Also, the erection of a single storey building at the rear of the site, also for business use.
WWRA has several concerns with this application.
The drawings supplied with the application are hand drawn and lack information such as dimensions, drainage and sewer routes, etc.
The application does not mention the effect on the residential properties neighbouring the site such as loss of privacy and light.
We have raised these concerns with the Planning Department.
